OUR STORY
We are a children’s home run by the Conquistando Fronteras Church in Baja California. Our founder, Jerry McTaggert, experienced firsthand the challenges of growing up in an orphanage after losing his mother to illness. She was a remarkable woman—devoted to her children, filled with compassion for those in need, and unwavering in her love for the Lord Jesus Christ. In her honor, our home was created as a reflection of her heart and legacy. It bears her name, Catherine, as a living tribute to a mother’s love and a servant’s faith.
OUR MISSION
At Catherine’s, our mission is to transform the lives of the fatherless by providing a safe and loving home where every child’s physical, spiritual, emotional,
educational, and social needs are nurtured. We exist to give each child the opportunity to grow, thrive, and live out their God-given potential. This is made possible through a Christ-centered environment built on four distinct pillars.
SPECIAL NEEDS
We provide compassionate care for children with severe disabilities and medical fragility, embracing them with the love and acceptance that is found in Christ alone.
